The Mount Nebo Residents Association and the Mount Glorious Community Association are working with the local State MP and the relevant authorities to have a coordinated response to the hooning and road safety issues on the mountain. The reporting form available via the link below will assist in making sure incidents are formally reported.
Whilst it may not be effective in getting an immediate response to incidents as they happen because of the logistics, the data collected from submitting the form will help the police identify when the events are occurring and thus target their patrols more effectively. It will also help gather information on the scale of the problem, which may assist them in getting more resources through their internal budget process.
